What to Expect

An intentionally held Valentine’s evening to soften, open, and reconnect

Valentine’s Day can stir many things - tenderness, longing, grief, joy, reflection, or a quiet desire to feel more connected. This evening offers a grounded, pressure-free space to meet whatever is present, without performance or expectation.

❋ Intentional Structure

Let Love Yin is a three-hour experience designed to gently open the heart, settle the nervous system, and support release and integration - held inside, and out in nature, it’s an event to connect with ease.

❋ Who's it for?

This gathering is for everyone.
Whether you are single, partnered, healing past love, deepening self-love, opening to something new, or simply wanting to rest and feel connected - you are welcome exactly as you are.

❋ Your Invitation

This is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a small pocket of nature paradise - three hours to slow down, ground, and reconnect as we prepare to move into the year ahead with more clarity and presence.

❋ Grounded Facilitation

Steph is an energy healing practitioner and yin facilitator known for creating grounded, safe, and deeply held spaces. Her work supports nervous system settling, emotional integration, and reconnection to self - without force or spiritual bypassing.

The Evening Arc

This experience is intentionally structured as a journey:

We begin by grounding the body and nervous system with rose-infused ceremonial cacao (Nourish Hub cacao), gentle connection, and heart-opening yin shapes designed to slow the system and invite presence.

Arrive & Soften

Through heart chakra energy clearing, group energy healing, and breath, we create space for emotional release, clarity, and softness, without force or catharsis.

As the sun sets, we’ll move outside onto the land for a sacred fire practice, preparing for the New Moon and Firehorse New Year on the 17th - a moment to release what’s ready to be let go of, and to honour what is quietly emerging.

Open & Release

We’ll close with gentle movement, music, and time to connect - including optional dancing, shared presence, and easeful conversation. This part of the evening is unhurried, allowing the experience to land naturally.

Integrate & Connect

  • Heart-opening yin yoga (slow, accessible, all levels)
